Dr. Jaime Pachon, MD

Dr. Jaime A. Pachon received his medical degree from Juan Corpas School of Medicine, Bogota, Colombia. He was Chief Resident at University of Nevada Medical Center where he completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine. He received his fellowship and was Chief Fellow in Rheumatology and Immunology at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Pachon was affiliated with Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center as a Voluntary Professor of Rheumatology. Dr. Pachon is a Diplomate of the American Boards of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. Dr. Pachon is fluent in English and Spanish. Dr. Pachon is certified in Musculoskeletal (RMSK™) Sonography.

Dr. Margarita R. Garces, MD

Dr. Margarita R. Garces received her medical degree from Instituto de Ciencias de la Salud, Medellin, Colombia. She did her residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Garces completed her fellowship in Rheumatology and Immunology at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Garces is a Diplomate of the American Boards of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. Dr. Garces is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Patricia M. Mueller, MD

Dr. Patricia M. Mueller received her Medical Degree and Master of Biomedical Science from American University of the Caribbean. She was Chief Resident at the Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, New Jersey where she completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine. She received her fellowship training and was Chief Fellow in Rheumatology at State University of New York-Downstate. Dr. Mueller was an attending physician and rheumatology consultant at Jackson Health System in Miami for eight years. She remains affiliated with Miami/Jackson Memorial Center as a Voluntary Professor of Rheumatology. Dr. Mueller is a Diplomate of the American Boards of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. Dr. Mueller is fluent in English and Spanish.

Arthritis and Rheumatic Care Center concentrates on treating rheumatic disease. Our facility includes services such as an Infusion Center, Laboratory, Radiology, Ultrasound Guided Procedures, and Clinical Drug Studies.

Our medical team is experienced in reducing the symptoms of these diseases with the aid of X-Ray, musculoskeletal ultra-sound, joint, trigger, and nerve injections. The in house infusion suite allows patients to comfortably receive the most effective infusion medications available while being monitored by our medical staff.

Our physician team is highly trained, and the doctors are board certified in both internal medicine and rheumatology. The physicians are all fluent in English and Spanish. Here at Arthritis and Rheumatic Care Center, our patients have become accustomed to individualized, comprehensive treatment in a compassionate environment.
