Dr. Jagindra Mangru
Dr. Jagindra N. Mangru is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine with several accolades, including Pfizer Scholar, Abbott Immunology, Centocor Health Outcomes in Rheumatic Diseases (CHORD) awards, and enlistment in the Guide to America’s Top Physicians in 2003. Memberships include American College of Rheumatology, American Medical Association, Georgia Society of Rheumatology, Medical Association of Georgia, Metro-Atlanta Rheumatology Society, Lupus Foundation, and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Mangru is a member of the board of directors of the Lupus Foundation, Georgia chapter. Dr. Mangru is credentialled as a consultant and for admitting privileges at Northside Forsyth Hospital in Cumming, Georgia.

With the latest technology, practices and pharmaceutical advances in the field of rheumatology we can accurately diagnose and treat rheumatological diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, psoriatic arthritis, gout, ankylosing spondylitis, sjogren’s syndrome and fibromyalgia among others.
While in graduate school, she was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from American International College. She has previously worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with experience in urgent care, nephrology, and medical floor nursing. Amisha strives to provide quality, comprehensive medical care to her patients and firmly believes in a holistic and individualized approach. She is excited to be part of the team here to ensure optimal outcomes for patients with rheumatologic conditions. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family and friends, discovering innovative ways to make junk food healthier, and volunteering to provide preventive medical services.
