Dr. Manish Relan, MD, FACP, FACR, RhMSUS
Dr. Manish Relan is a board-certified Rheumatologist and founder of Arthritis and Rheumatology Care Center in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a graduate of Armed Forces Medical College, India and completed his Internship at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and his Residency at Scranton Temple Residency Program in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He received his Rheumatology training at University of Florida in Jacksonville. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. He holds additional certification in Musculoskeletal Sonography (RhMSUS).
He has held teaching positions in Internal medicine prior to being drawn towards his passion of Rheumatology. He was a clinical instructor at Scranton Temple Residency Program and was later an Assistant Professor of Medicine at University of Florida in Jacksonville where he was a recipient of numerous Exemplary Teacher awards. He opened Arthritis and Rheumatology Care Center in 2013 in Jacksonville, Florida.
He is a Board member at the Florida Society of Rheumatology and is on the Editorial board at Duval County Medical Society. He is a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He has made Jacksonville, Florida his home for over a decade and is married to Dr. Komal Relan, who is a dentist in the community. When not at the office, Dr. Relan enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, giving back to the community through volunteer work, and traveling. He also participates in a variety of hobbies and athletic activities, including playing tennis with his son.
