Dr. Curtis M. Foy, MD, CCD
Dr. Curtis Foy is the newest member of Rheumatology Associates of Delmarva, having joined in June 2021. Dr. Foy began the Eastern Shore phase of his medical career in 2010, when he joined River Family Physicians in Easton and was a primary care physician. In 2014 the practice was acquired by Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, where he practiced primary care medicine until joining RAD to help grow the osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease portion of the practice.
He was born and raised on the coast of southern New Jersey, and obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Stockton University. He obtained his medical degree at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and subsequently joined the United States Air Force. His Family Medicine residency was completed at Malcolm Grow Medical Center at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. After residency training, he was assigned to Air Force bases in Washington and New Mexico as a primary care physician, flight surgeon, and occupational medicine physician. Having worn many hats in his medical career, Dr. Foy sees an opportunity to help expand osteoporosis and metabolic bone health services to the Eastern Shore, offering the latest in both diagnostic technology and treatment options for osteoporosis patients.

Catherine G. Campbell, PA-C, MMS
Mrs. Campbell joined the practice in 2013. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in conservation biology from the University of Miami in Florida. Her Physician Assistant certification was obtained at Anne Arundel Community College in Maryland, with a Master’s degree from St. Francis University in Pennsylvania.
Meghan B. McCarter, FNP-BC, MSN
Mrs. McCarter joined the practice in 2016. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villa Julie College in Maryland, and she earned a Master’s of Science in Nursing and a nurse practitioner certification from Salisbury University, in Maryland.
Morgan Hurley, FNC-BC
Mrs. Hurley is an Eastern-Shore native and grew up in Cambridge, Maryland. She completed her undergraduate studies in Nursing at Salisbury University. She worked in nursing in cardiac surgery intensive care, in Baltimore, and in emergency departments in Easton, Maryland, and Dover Delaware. She earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing degree and family practitioner degree from Maryville University. She enjoys spending her free time with her son Emmett, and husband Jeremy. She also loves reading and spending time outdoors.
Danielle Steffan, FNP-BC
Mrs. Steffan is a Physician Assistant who has been practicing in rheumatology since 2021. Originally from a small town south of Buffalo, NY, Danielle earned an undergraduate degree from the University at Buffalo. During this time, she worked as an Emergency Medical Technician. She then went on to earn a Master of Health Science degree from Johns Hopkins University and ultimately a Master of Health Science with Physician Assistant Certification from University of Maryland, Baltimore/Anne Arundel Community College. During the PA program, she completed her clinical rotations on the eastern shore of Maryland and decided to make Delmarva her home. Danielle takes pleasure in treating many rheumatological conditions, such as psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and osteoporosis. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, crocheting, and fishing on the local rivers.
