Our doctors have a limited number of new patient appointments each day, which can cause delays in your appointment availability.
While pain is miserable, some diseases cause damage quickly and should get prompt attention. In that case, we need you request that your referring physician include a request for immediate review of the referral and the reasons why. There should be mention of inflammatory signs and symptoms with recent supporting laboratory tests to prompt our doctors to fit you into a busy schedule. Also, if we should receive a phone call from a referring provider, it is the same evidence of current inflammation that will sway our decision on a change in scheduling.
We are willing to place you on a cancellation list for an earlier appointment. Please come in to register as a patient and fill out all forms, if possible, to make last minute openings in the schedule available to you.
